With over 20 years experience in IT, as well as the last 5 years as an Online Business Manager, I’ve developed a knack for solving complex problems, streamlining systems and making technology work for people, rather than the other way around.

I’ve taken that expertise and combined it with my passion for supporting business owners to create a service that’s both strategic and hands on.

At Blackbird Eleven I help entrepreneurs simplify their business operations, regain precious time and find balance between work and life.

i've always been an organiser

My first ‘job’ was at the village library when I was 10 years old – and I was in my element! I loved the rhythmic process of stamping out books, carefully filing the cards into little paper folders and bringing order to the shelves.

That little library sparked a lifelong love for organisation. Fast forward to my career in corporate IT and I was still the go-to person for bringing order to chaos. Whether it was untangling messy workflows, streamlining processes, or just getting things done – I thrived on making systems smarter and simpler.

Now at Blackbird Eleven, I get to bring that same passion to business owners. Helping you simplify your operations, reclaim your time and focus on what you really love. That’s what light’s me up!

and of course more than just work

I’m a mum, a wife, and friend. Outside of work, I love spending time with amazing people, reading, learning, lifting weights and even a bit of crochet. And music is my happy place. I love to sing and I’m passionate about sharing that joy with others – especially the children I teach in the school ‘Glee club’. There’s nothing quite as awesome as seeing kids discover their voices and grow in confidence.
